This is a review of the 10 Function Risque “G” by California Exotics. I’m always looking for that G spot toy that is going to buzz me to glory, I’m going to say this upfront. The Risque “G” is not that toy. I’m beginning to think that my gspot only works with organic material because this little guy did nada for it. That’s not saying that his is a useless toy though.
The Risque G is a slim toy, a sneeze shy of 6 inches long and only 3/4th of an inch wide with a satin finish, it boasts 10 functions but its really 4 vibration settings at two different intensities. One neat this vibe does is that it remembers where you left off… if you can figure out how to turn the darn thing off. It only has one button for all controls. You have to hold it down for a few seconds for it to turn off and if you don’t move your finger off the button at the right time it doesn’t turn off it just goes to the next vibration pattern. If there’s one thing you don’t want in a vibe is one that you have to wait to turn off. I can see the potential social awkwardness that could ensue.
That’s one of the major drawbacks of this toy. Not all women are made the same everyone has their own anatomy. For me this toy would have to be almost an inch shorter and the flexible clit stimulator elongated but maybe a half centimeter. Of course that flap really didn’t have much going for it. Because it didn’t have its own vibration is was extremely weak as a clitoral stimulator. The vibration of the main body is not too strong, which is fine for me as I’m not a fan of over powered vibes. Unfortunately the vibration doesn’t really go to the target.
Like the Fonzie I reviewed before the tip is where the vibration should be, but the motor is in the base. So your labia gets more of the umph . There is an added bonus that you get a bit of the thrill in the spots that makes anal fun. I actually think this toy would be better for anal. Its thin smooth and the vibration at the base would feel awesome and the little bend could stimulate the prostate.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it… this toy didn’t make me cum on its own. I finished myself off with my wand vibe; I didn’t feel g spot stimulation or clitoral stimulation. This toy didn’t live up to any of its expectations.
Pro: easy to clean , slim and looks like a pimp cane. The guys would love it.
Cons: Runs on AAA batteries (fuck those) , Vibration doesn’t reach target, vibration modes don’t pan out
Bottom Line: The little guy is a Meh.
