Panel – Patriarchy in the Algorithms – Sexuality and Censorship Online

I have the honor of being a part of panel discussion on a topic very important to me and many other sex workers – Sexuality and Censorship Online.  The title of the panel discussion is:

Patriarchy in the Algorithms – Sexuality and Censorship Online
We’ll be discussing how sexism, misogyny, and racism are built into the biases of our digital world, and how they affect our conversations around sexuality.

Join us for a conversation exploring the inherent biases embedded in the structure of the digital world – many of which continue a long history of silencing women and marginalized people’s conversations around sexuality. We’ll also provide some tips and tricks for working around digital censorship for sex-positive brands and influencers.

The panel will include:

Kelly Bourdet: Editor in Chief, Gizmodo

Amy Boyajian– the founder of Wild Flower, a non-binary sexual wellness brand that focuses on pleasure and education. Previous to Wild Flower, Amy worked as a dominatrix in NYC, giving her a unique insight into sexuality within our culture and helping her shape her explorative style of sexual education.

Michelle Hope – Author, Unapologetic Sexologist teaching all about #sexuality in the bedroom & beyond

N’jaila Rhee – Creator of the BlasianBytch.com & host of the Cuntcast Podcast

Gxiana Bianca – Gxiana McQueen is a transgender U.S. Army Veteran turned actress and model. She is currently an advocate of equal rights for transgender individuals and is a Certified Peer Support Specialist for Battle Buddy Bridge in New York.
