Phew a lot of ground covered in that half hour interview! First of all, I think you got across really well what’s distinctive about this blog and what motivates you to write it. It was clear that you want to tackle the issues of race representation and racism in adult industry, and give a voice to women (particularly women of colour) who are ignored, in some cases because they fuck for a living. You want to all explore all aspects of human sexuality and have a laugh about it as well.
The piece near the beginning about your academic curiosity was interesting – you’re not called a smutologist without reason! I would have liked even more about your experiences of your ethnic identity growing up, but the conversation then got turned to dick size, which you handled (^_~) very well – concluding that dicks are dicks and that’s all there is to it.
Your recent interview (of which there’s more to come) with the Asian Playboy got a good mention and challenged the stereotypes/prejudices about Asian men and sex/dating. Really looking forward to your forthcoming erotica collection, and it’s great that you want POV to mean women’s POV too.
